1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Sigma Maille, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. The Sigma Maille Service

Sigma Maille provides strategic intelligence through a platform designed to help users understand emerging developments, evolving situations, trajectories, forecasts, and supporting evidence.

The service is intended to support research, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making. Features and functionality may change as Sigma Maille develops and improves the service.

3. Intelligence and Forecasts

Sigma Maille provides intelligence and analytical information for informational and decision-support purposes.

Assessments, trajectories, forecasts, and other forward-looking information describe possible developments and are not guarantees of future events or outcomes. Circumstances may change after information is presented, and actual events may differ from an assessment or forecast.

Sigma Maille does not represent that any particular intelligence, assessment, forecast, or supporting evidence is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular decision.

4. Account Access

Certain Sigma Maille features require account access. Account access is associated with the email address used for authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access Sigma Maille and for protecting access to your account.

5. Intelligence Credits

Certain Sigma Maille features use Intelligence Credits. Credits provide access to eligible intelligence features according to the product rules displayed by Sigma Maille.

Where applicable, accessing or unlocking eligible intelligence may consume one Intelligence Credit. Previously unlocked intelligence may remain accessible without consuming another credit, subject to the applicable product rules.

Intelligence Credits are associated with the applicable account. They are not a subscription, deposit, or cash balance and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

6. Purchases and Payments

Paid Intelligence Credits may be purchased through the payment process made available by Sigma Maille. The applicable price and purchase information are presented at the time of purchase.

Purchases do not create a recurring subscription unless Sigma Maille expressly states otherwise.

Payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The terms and policies of that provider may also apply to the payment transaction.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

7. Developer API

Sigma Maille may provide Developer API access to eligible accounts. API access is subject to the access requirements, usage limits, credit requirements, and API rules applicable to the service.

API credentials are associated with the applicable account and must be kept confidential. You must not intentionally expose, publish, sell, or share your API credentials with unauthorized parties.

API access must not be used to circumvent authentication, Intelligence Credit requirements, usage limits, or other access controls.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sigma Maille lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the service or the rights of others.

You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, services, or systems;
• bypass authentication, access controls, credit requirements, or usage limits;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation of Sigma Maille;
• use automated methods to abuse or circumvent restrictions imposed by the service;
• attempt to obtain restricted intelligence without the required access;
• introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other destructive material; or
• use Sigma Maille in violation of applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Sigma Maille name, branding, software, interface, platform design, and original materials provided by Sigma Maille are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sigma Maille's intellectual property to you.

Materials or information that are subject to rights belonging to third parties remain subject to those rights and any applicable restrictions.

10. Service Availability

Sigma Maille aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, or circumstances outside Sigma Maille's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Sigma Maille may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

Sigma Maille may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security concerns, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, violations of these Terms, or activity that may harm the service or its users.

Sigma Maille may terminate access where appropriate and as permitted by applicable law.

12. Disclaimer

Sigma Maille is an intelligence and information service. Its content is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, regulatory, security, or other specialized advice.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating information presented through Sigma Maille before relying on it for material decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma Maille is not responsible for decisions or actions taken solely on the basis of information presented through the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma Maille will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from use of the service, reliance on intelligence or forecasts, service interruptions, or circumstances outside Sigma Maille's reasonable control.
